A Tasty Summer Morsel


'Bloody Mary' Burger
David's 'Bloody Mary' Burger
For those of you having barbecues this year I've got a humdinger of a burger for you to have a go at. It's deliciously simple and a winner with all the family. This is not an exact science just an easy-peasy'throw it all together' recipe - its BBQ food for goodness sake - so here goes........


500g minced beef
2tbs tomato puree
Generous pinch of celery salt
5 or 6 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco to taste
Handful of breadcrumbs

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients, pat out into your desired burger size and pop it on to the grill.
I guarantee you, its a winner!
